Vincent Vega — Owner / Manager

Vincent Vega is the Owner and Manager of We Are Recovered, LLC, where he leads day-to-day operations with a steady, recovery-centered approach rooted in lived experience. Vincent understands that lasting change requires more than good intentions—it requires a safe environment, clear expectations, and a culture of accountability. His work focuses on creating homes that feel stable, respectful, and structured so residents can rebuild routines, restore trust, and move forward with purpose.

In his role, Vincent oversees admissions, resident support systems, house standards, and operational consistency. He is committed to transparent communication, resident rights, and a community atmosphere where people are treated with dignity and encouraged to grow. Vincent brings both professionalism and heart to the work, believing that sober living should be run with the same care and reliability as any high-quality housing provider—while remaining deeply human and recovery-focused.

Outside of the homes, Vincent enjoys working on car projects and has strong musical talents—interests that reflect the patience, discipline, and creativity he also brings into leadership. He believes recovery is built one decision at a time, and he’s passionate about helping residents take those steps in a supportive environment that’s built to last.

Bryce Timpson — Co-Owner / Property Maintenance Manager

He takes pride in creating an environment that communicates dignity: organized spaces, functional systems, and a clear sense that the home is cared for. Outside of his responsibilities with the homes, Bryce is committed to sports and fitness and values consistency in healthy routines.
